All prices are in Euro and include VAT, power and water costs, use of bed linen and towels, final cleaning.

On booking we request a 30% deposit to be paid by bank transfer.
Remaining amount is due on arrival.

Flexible arrival and departure times, earliest check-in 12h.

In case you need to cancel your vacation, please inform us immediately by telephone or mail. Please note that a late cancellation of your booking incurs the following charges:
15 days before arrival date: 100% of the transferred deposit.
30 days before arrival: 50% of the transferred deposit.

Security deposit: During the high season an additional deposit may also incur, to cover costs for any damage caused inside and outside the holiday house.
