Surrounded by lush forests and mountains and situated next to a river, the beautifully furnished and decorated vacation home has a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large lounge split over 3 levels.

Situated on a hillside, the entrance is located on the top floor which has a living-dining room with flat screen TV and open fireplace, a completely equipped kitchen (including fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic glass cooktop, crockery, cutlery, pans, pots, kettle, coffee maker etc.), one double bedroom and a bathroom. From the first floor you have access to the front door patio and from there to the garden space with a private outdoor pool.

On the second floor (downstairs) there is a spacious double room (with table and chairs), two twin rooms, 2 shower bathrooms and a sitting area with access to a large balcony the offers gorgeous views to the Sierra (one of the bedrooms gives access to the balcony too).

On the last floor, which is accessible from the garden, there is another room (and a shower bathroom) which can be used as dining room when having a BBQ, children's playroom or storage room.

Casa Mama Tere was recently built with top quality materials and respecting the local architecture. The house is equipped with first-class furniture (and matresses) and has central heating.

The exterior features a nice, private pool, which we fenced for children savety. The terraced garden has a barbecue area, beautiful big trees and several corners where to relax.

The house has private (and fenced) parking space for 2-3 cars. A groceries, Bars and Restaurants are available in Benamahoma and within a few kilometers in the surrounding villages.
